My manifesto

I believe in the way art holds this crazy shit show together.
I believe in the way art can alchemize meaning out of randomness.
I believe in beginnings, middles, and ends.
I believe that we create art to literally save our lives. To save the fleeting moments that go through our head and heart and to try to capture them, like butterflies, for other people to wonder at.
I believe that if we didn’t make stories, we wouldn’t be humans.
I believe that this thing we call creation is, as always, the answer.
We must continue to create, and give it with love to whomever the gods puts in our path.
